Four things worth thinking about while you fill this in.

Pick one job, not five. Content, EDMs, research, campaign planning, reporting or a repeatable marketing process. The one that keeps eating your week.

Tell me how it works now. Even if it is messy and lives in your head. Especially if it lives in your head.

Tell me how long it takes. A rough number is fine. It helps me see where the time is actually going.

Tell me what a good result looks like. Faster? Better? Off your plate entirely? Be honest about it.
Not sure if your marketing task fits? Put it down anyway. If it is too broad, too sensitive or not the best one to tackle first, I will come back to you before the workshop and help you narrow it down.
Do not send me client files or sensitive data here. Describe the process, not the confidential bits. We will cover what is safe to put into AI on the day.
